CARAN D'ACHE PLATFORM 10 ESPACE CREATIF, Lausanne Switzerland 50 years of NEOCOLOR II AQUARELLE

Today I'm taking you to Lausanne, Switzerland, CARAN D'ACHE Platform 10 Espace Creatif NEOCOLOR II AQUARELLE Exhibition. A selection of 50 creative artists from around the world were selected to produce an artwork celebrating 50 years of CARAN D'ACHE NEOCOLOR II AQUARELLE. The artworks were collected into a publication last year, and this year each artists sent their artwork to CARAN D'ACHE to be put on exhibition. This is the culture that makes CARAN D'ACHE so great. They produce the finest quality products, fantastic innovations and beyond that they support and uplift the artist community on an international level. I feel so happy to be part of this and I've never been prouder to see my artwork exhibited, amongst a cohort of some of the best international artists. Cheers also to Melanie Miranda -the Chargee de Communication and everyone involved at CARAN D'ACHE, and all the other amazing artists. This whole experience has been an unforgettable honor, that I will always remember and cherish. Shermaine Cheong (Singapore artist, co-owner of SEE YOU SEE ME).

Mathias Forbach Fichtre (Basel/Romandy artist - FICHTRE, cofounded STADIO art space).

Laura Velasco (Valencia based artist - collaborated/work featured in DIOR, AD and VOGUE).

Annelies Draws (Netherlands artist - collaborated with notable brands, illustrated Children's books).

Alice Izzo (Swiss artist/illustrator, worked with various brands, institutions, held personal exhibitions).

Ddasuhan. I draw a lot of my favourite Disney characters on my Instagram account, so I thought to contribute a castle with fireworks and flowers, as its my dream to one day to visit Disney World. Drawing has always given me great joy and drawing with CARAN D'ACHE supplies is a luxury. So for me, it's really a special treat for me to draw with CARAN D'ACHE my favourite pop-culture characters and scenes.

Leo Tardin (Geneva, founded Grand Pianoramax - 6 albums, 3 vinyl records, performing worldwide, Piano illustre).

Clement Thoby (Nantes - collaborates with international press, communication agencies and brands).

Silvan Borer (Switzerland, Zurich - collaborated with YVES SAINT LAURENT, TIFFANY & CO, CARAN D'ACHE Ambassador in 2024).

Misia Stawinski (Polish-Australian children's illustrator).

Tim Biskup (Southern Californian multi-disciplined artist opened FACE GUTS Gallery Space in Glassell Park, published Tree of Life in 2019).

John Booth (British illustrator, ceramicist, textile designer).

Elaine Lee (DEAR ELAINE Chinese American mixed media artist).

Jon Monnard (Swiss writer, artist and author, ambassador for CARAN D'ACHE Haute Ecriture, collaborates with Villa Noailles, MUCEM in Marseille, CHUV and AVNIER, leads workshops, performances and installations).

Lena Mozejewska (Poland, graphic designer, photographer, nature inspired artist).

Cyril Vouilloz, (Swiss artist name RYLSEE, collaborates with global brands and showcases art in galleries across the world).

Marina Grechanik (Israel, active Urban Sketches member, founded the USK Tel Aviv chapter of the International Symposiums, leading sketchcrawls and exhibitions).

Yuko Kurihara (Tokyo artists, numerous solo exhibitions, works used in Japan's department store advertisements, confectionery wrapping and in hotels, including HYATT Centric, Kanazawa).

Eunsol Jeon (Korean artist name ISLETSOL, art captures everyday moments).

Emmanuel Excoffier (Swiss artist name EXEM, many award winning comic strip parodies and posters for Geneva events, as well as No to the Destruction of the Bains des paquis [1988], over 90 exhibitions, several catalogs of works, opened the Series Rares gallery, Geneva, decorated IBIS Styles Hotel [Carouge, Geneva]).

David Shillinglaw (British artist, various mediums, paintings, murals and installations).

Maru Godas (Barcelona artist, international author and teacher, founded her own studio).

Beya Rebai (Paris artist, collaborates with international publications, institutions and brands including The New York Times, The Washington Post, Illy, RIMOWA).

Willemien Bardawil (UK artist, founded her own studio, collaborated with many of European names, including a series of exhibitions with Liberty London, umbrella launch with ORIGINAL DUCKHEAD [These are so cute! I absolutely love these umbrellas] pop-up with SELFRIDGES).

Olga Novikova (Saint Petersburg, currently California artist, features the magic of everyday moments).

Tiffany Bouelle (Franco-Japanese painter and performer, collaborated with LVHM, showcased at prestigious French institutions, international art fairs, ASIA NOW, BAD BORDEAUX, minimalist series La Femme Objet).

Alice Mawdsley (UK illustrator, currently Barcelona, her work longlisted for the World Illustration Awards 2023, worked with charities, editorial, advertising and product illustration).

Meike De Vries (Dutch artist, CARAN D'ACHE Ambassador in Netherlands for LUMINANCE 6901 coloured pencils, teaching young artists, undertaking art commissions, and creative entrepreneur).

Viktor Bevanda (aged 16 years, Florida, autistic, produces masterpieces).

Chris Lloyd (artist sketching concerts, festivals, fashion shows, viewed by millions online, artworks owned and prized by celebrities, including Elton John, Drake, Florence Pugh)

jihyun Ko (Korean artist name GOZITIVE, artworks draw the relationship between humans and nature, personal projects, collaborates on art posters and clothing lines).

Min Lee (Korean illustrator, teaches in New York City, urban sketcher of nature and buildings of NYC).

6th artwork from the left:

Katia De Conti (Italian-Swiss artist and graphic designer, Geneva, worked with OMEGA watches, collaborates with international publishers and advertising agencies, including Canton of Geneva, University of Geneva, FLIK FLAK, LAROUSSE, creates mural paintings for public and private institutions).

As you can see all the artworks and the exhibition compose a line up of absolutely amazing talent. A fitting tribute to CARAN D'ACHE and NEOCOLOR II AQUARELLE. If you are an artist this is one of many different sets of drawing instruments that are essential to creating valuable art pieces.
